Best to lose it slow and steady, I know. I just expect at least the 1.5 to 2 lbs. per week. Challenged pride to only see about 2 lbs in 2 weeks. Staying on target. One step at a time. I'm thinking of doing a juicer(jack lalane)fast for a few days here soon. I've been off the soda for well over a month now, and I avoid processed junk as much as possible.
263.7 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 60.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
