This week my snacking got the best of me. This week I am going to follow my diet better. Not playing the blame game but a little stressed this week. Hopefully next week will be better. No next week will be better. So I will get started this morning with a shake for breakfast.
302.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 102.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
