Aghhh what is happening? I cheated this weekend but not THIS bad :(
144.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's ok to cheat on the diet some... As long as you get back at it! :)

Awww... how frustrating! I looked over your diet calendar and I agree, it looks like you had a cheat day, but not THAT bad. It's probably not a "real" gain. The same thing happens to me sometimes after a higher calorie day I'll see my weight jump up, but then within a few days it'll fall back down to normal. Overall it looks like you're eating great so keep up the good work and don't get too discouraged.
