7 NEW RULES for the Gym
regarding the makeup comment - I have been known to wear makeup at the gym for two reasons:

My boyfriend (at the time) was the head trainer at my gym so when I came to the gym I was also coming to his place of business, so I tried to make sure I looked at least halfway presentable.

Now if I wear makeup at the gym (different gym, no boyfriend) it's because I'm working out on my lunch break or after work so I've got makeup on already from being at work. I definitely don't put makeup on before my 6:30am workouts, that would just be silly!

Salmon Dinner
Marinate it in liquid smoke for awhile. I like to do it 3 hours but you can do 30 minutes or so if you don't have time. Then take it out of the liquid smoke and put it on the pan and coat it in blackening spice and bake it. It is SO good that way. That's how they did it at a restaurant I worked at once. They would serve it cooked that way, but cold, on salad. I have made it myself that way and eaten it hot and it's excellent both ways.

Personal Training Withdrawl?
How often do you train? If you train twice a week currently, try knocking it down to once a week and see how you do. You'll also make your sessions last an extra month this way Smile
