3 days at the same weight. I dont want to be three days at the same weight! I dont want to be a pirate either!

Although I should be happy, i have been eating poorly and not gaining. I did stay at my RDI yesterday, and that is a good thing. I am breaking out of this funk. I was in a crappy mood, and a lot of stuff broke at work to keep me busy. Now I am on the hind end of this, and getting the stuff fixed. Whew! Still not much time to journal today.

I have been doing without the boot for the past day or two, and it is probably a bit too early. I will wear it again when I am out of the house and going around in public or work. My foot hurt yesterday pretty bad. It did when I wore the boot too on long days. I go back to Dr. on Sunday to get assessed and move into physio, so that is all good.

4 day weekend this week, yay presidents day!

238.6 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 53.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i usually stay on the same weight for 3 - 4 days....then it usually drops a lot or at least enought to be happy :) look it that way: better be stready than gaining. :)

Thanks Joelae! I am pretty sure I can hang in there. I will have to be good until cheat day tomorrow!

I too "plateau", but I noticed in that week or two the scale refuses to budge I lose inches. As long as I'm not gaining I consider it a good day.
