1194 kcal Fat: 30.49g | Prot: 54.20g | Carb: 96.80g.   Breakfast: apple, Lowfat Plain Yogurt, walnuts, light silk soymilk vanilla, kroger whole grain oats. Lunch: low fat cottage cheese, Chicken Noodle Soup, lettuce, mushrooms, bell pepper, zucchini, Olive oil, rice vinegar. Dinner: corn, olive oil, boneless skinless chicken breast. Snacks/Other: pinot noir, laughing cow swisscheese, trail mix cranberry delight. more...
