Happy Valentine's Day!!! :) 153.2 Did NOT cheat today!!!! WOOHOO One long continuous chocolate sugary sweets party ALL day at my school. I watched everybody else eat and now I'm the one who feels.....good!!!! :) NOTHING TASTE AS GOOD AS THIN FEELS!!!!
153.2 lb Lost so far: 71.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 February 2012:
1169 kcal Fat: 23.06g | Prot: 68.64g | Carb: 172.08g.   Breakfast: activia vanilla. Lunch: lays baked potato chips, ezekiel bread, mozzarella cheese slice, jennie-o turkey breast. Dinner: Onions, Baby Spinach, romaine lettuce, beer batter fish, yogurt dannon all natural. Snacks/Other: white cheddar rice cake, animal crackers. more...

Yah for you!! So true. The temporary suffering of choosing not to eat sweets is nothing compared to the long lasting, heartbreaking suffering of overloading our bodies and gaining weight. Not happening!! Very happy Valentine's day indeed - well done.;-)
