I got a new digital scale yesterday after I weighed on the old scale. i have been needing a better scale. so I weighed this morning again to get a more accurate number. Lord thank you for continuing to help me and give me motivation bout my healthy lifestyle I have adopted and trying to maintain.
173.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
