Ouchy..up 2 from Friday. Next month I am rewarding my self with a new pair of cross trainer shoes and am skipping the sweets! TOWANDA!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe if you lace up the cross trainers and skip to and from the store, it would cancel out the sweets. :)
