I have tried to give up the sugar in my coffee. Can't do it. But other wise I have done well. I haven't really kept up with my 8 glasses of water a day. But I am not giving up. I just went shopping and I kept to my list very well. This week will be better. My knee is feeling better. Still nothing from the dr. So I will moderately start back exersing. My pedometer is at 8279 so far. So I feel good about that. Here's to having a better week this week.
302.3 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 102.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
