doing ok... the food part isn't hard for me. I take a bag of dry cereal, honey nut or kix in the car with me. that is what I snack on all day as I am to and from places in my call all day. I take an apple which takes me about half hour to eat and I'm full with that! taking all the sweet stuff out really controlls the cravings. you just have to get past that 2 week hump of wanting it!
111.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week

I hope your getting a well balanced dinner. That's not much food for a whole day. Food is fuel for your body. If you don't get enough protein, the weight you lose will be muscle too. Losing muscle is bad because the more muscle you have the more calories you burn at rest (which is why men lose faster than women usually). Might be better to pack a cooler with some greek yogurt, a couple pieces of fruit, a small salad with chicken, etc. so that your body can get the nutrition it needs.

OH I definitly agree suzi 161! I do eat other things through out the day. I was just stating that since I'm in the car a lot a bag of cereal or fruit that's easy to eat/not messy is what I do to help curb my appetite. I used to eat anything and everything! Thanks for the reminders and I think that everyone could benefit from your advice! you do have to EAT to lose! :)
