Darn ate most of my calores after 9pm and of course I was really hungry so I over ate. I still ate less than I normally would have for the day but I guess eating late does pack on the pounds. I must really knuckle down this week to regain lost ground and start heading downwards in the weight loss department. Wish me luck!
229.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 59.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
