First thing 193.4. I guests that is better than yesterday.... I did good yesterday so I was hoping for results. Actually my first read out was 196 before I took my clothes of. That really depressed me. I have a little hope that alot of that is from being backed up. I haven't gone in a few days. I really wanted to get under 190 this week. I just have to remember that last week was 194. Anything below that is progress. And even if I don't get under that this week, if I stay on it I will get there. And even if the scale doesn't move I am Seiko improving my over all health. It is so hard to stay positive.
193.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 53.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
