194.4.... Grrr I do feel backed up but still..... Well I went to the gym yesterday to sit in the hot tub and sauna. It was hard to relax. I am Having bad mood swings. I think I feel good but then the slightest thing sets me off. I went to bed really early last night. I feel like I may bee experiencing withdrawl of some sort. So I took on of Evans Celexa since I have been out. I will call my Dr today. I think u would like to try doing my workouts a siphon add the kids are off to school and get it our of the way foyer the day, then get in a shower. I want to go look back at Mt earlier meals and see what I am doing differently. I have been more hungry the last few days.
