Limiting myself to the healthiest of carbs early in the day has proven successful. Low carb food shopping isn't the most fun but can't argue with the results. Getting after it!!!
240.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
