1814 kcal Fat: 76.39g | Prot: 152.50g | Carb: 139.17g.   Breakfast: natural peanut butter, ezekiel bread, egg whites, Sugar Free Hazelnut Liquid Coffee Creamer, large egg. Lunch: muscle milk , grapes, brown rice, boiled egg, light mayonaise, celery, scallion, romain lettuce, grilled chicken. Dinner: Balsamic Vinegar, blue cheese, garlic, rommaine lettuce, onion, tomatoe, skirt steak. Snacks/Other: Eclipse Sugar Free Gum, natural peanut butter, egg whites. more...
