I was psycho yesterday. My body competly crashed. I was completely exhausted and Moody. After reading thesection on cardio in winning by losing I realize I have been over doing it. I should even skip the cardio twice a week to give my body a rest so it doesn't go into stress mode. U am going to replan my schedule today. Since I did try to do my cardio yesterday I'm taking the day off. I will focus on my diet, house work, and research. I know I gained butt I'm not giving up at ask. After how miserable I was yesterday I'm not really even disappointed. I weevil reach my goal. Just need to revamp my plan of attack.
