starting over again after losing 8 lbs last summer and then gaining it back during fall and winter. have done ww in past but going to try healthy eating, watching portions and exercise this time.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
