WooHoo! Thank you Cow Boss for the added incentive of Ride 'em! I've been able to resist a lot of temptations this week 'cuz eve'r time I started to reach fer the slop I didn't need I'd think of all my cow poke buddies countin' on me to Ride hard this week. Lost 3 lbs and happier'n a pig in a mud puddle! Go Blue Boot Scoot Boogiers!

170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 30.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job on that self control! Yer doin' me right proud, YUP. Wish me luck, I have some temptations coming my way both tommorrow and the day after. Two Christmas parties in a row. But I must hold fast if I am going to earn a few treats on Christmas day and not undo all my hard work! I won't let ya'll down! Go Blue! YEEHAW! :)
