I worked ready hard yesterday. Did aloe of muscle conditioning and 2 rounds on the elliptical. Its nice to see hard work pay off. WE stayed up really late and I did end up snacking on almonds and an apple. Calories I would have avoided if I had wenT to bed
192.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 52.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
