I picked up a virus that lasted for about 1 week. I was vomitting and having diarherra. had zero appetite and was living on mere calories a day. I think it was mild food poisoning.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
