Amazing! another 6 lb week. Didn't think I'd see another one of those. My goal is consistent 3 lbs every two weeks. I've been staying away from processed foods and regular breads as much as possible. Absolutely nothing to drink except 2%milk, and water. Excited! For Sure!
265.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
