trucking along... 53 days until our cruise! got to stay on task here! need to stay away from the pretzels! ugh!

112.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb. Still to go: 7.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

we are sailing out of baltimore and stopping in freeport, nassau and cape canaveral. first time cruising and we're all very excited! but the thought of putting on a bathing suit at the end of march is scary!
