I forgot to weigh in last week so that is why it seems like a big drop. Been losing between 1/2 pd to a pound a week right now which is awesome. I am at week 16 of this re-start and have lost 19 pounds I do wish it was a lot more but I am happy consisting I slipped several times. I have to keep telling myself its not a race its a slow crawl back to a healthy me.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

None of us got this way overnight... just stick to it and you'll get off. Slow and steady but gone nonetheless. Good luck and keep up the good work.
