Scale won :( upset by it but I'm still on the right path. Hoping it's period related and i'll bve pleasantly surprised next week... but only time will tell.

I curse you scale! I curse you.

Plan to jog like never before just to ensure I work that ound off and 2 to go with it.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

its ok dont worry about it! im sure its the water retention (hate it)... the next time you weight it will be better!! keep at it you're doing awesome!

If you can manage it, it kept me sane to weigh in only once per week at the same time, wearing the same thing (nothing!). I think many fluctuations occur over the week and you'll probably get a more comprehensive (and accurate) idea of progress by looking at a consistent interval as your number and the daily or in-between weigh-ins are unofficial. My weight fluctuates all week, especially if I'm sore from a work-out. Your muscles can store a lot of water when they're swollen. Anyway, food for thought :)
