Fledgist's Journal, 03 February 2012

Down a fraction this morning. This is very good. I'm less than two pounds -- just 1.8 lbs -- from my goal. I'm at the 21st percentile for my age and height. I feel very positive about all this. I'm at my lowest weight in thirty years and still surprised that I've made it tothispoint.
165.8 lb Lost so far: 171.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1430 kcal Fat: 40.83g | Prot: 54.25g | Carb: 216.32g.   Breakfast: Silk Light Vanilla Soy Milk, Plain Puppodums, Brummel & Brown Spread, Herbal Tea (Other Than Chamomile, Brewed) , Bananas , Egg Omelet , Light & Fit Yogurt - Peach, raisins, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch: Raisins, Plain Puppodums, Trader Joe's lightly smoked sardines. Dinner: raisins, Plain Puppodums, Trader Joe's Thai Vegetable Gyoza, Fox's Christmas Pudding. more...

Morning Fledgist..I'm not surprised at all that your to this point.. You have worked hard and it shows big time...Soon you will have lost 173 pounds..over half your weight is gone for good...Proud of you buddy...:O)
