Good Day all. 242.2 this am. Up .8 since yesterday.

Last night was my boys night out with Barry, but I ended up calling the wife over too. I was right up the street at the pub. Boy, did I tie one on last night. In the interest in saving calories, I drank Jim Beam and diet coke (Yummy!), bad idea. hehe. I got drunk way too fast. So the end of last night is a blur, which ended with me ordering Subway! My wife says I asked for KFC, lol. Anyway, I took a few bites of sandwich then went to sleep and nobody got hurt. Today I will be more careful! I guess I had some pent up stress I needed to blow off. Wifey said I was in rare form, and luckily I was being kind. Sometimes I am not a nice drunk, sadly.

Today we have a BBQ with Barry planned, and have turkey burgers and turkey dogs and stuff (semi healthy) and beer, and some chips and other assorted picnic junk foods. So I am sure I will exceed my calories today too. Oh well. Hopeing to have a relaxing day entertaining my out of town guest. I probably make too big of a deal in regards to Barry coming to town and off the ship. He has been doing this over 20 years, so is probably pretty used to his occupation.

I got my PC repaired today too. My motherboard fried back in November after we moved, so I had to RMA it. With my injury and stuff it too quite some time to get it shipped out and back, but its fixed now. Had some issues with Bios Settings and other minor issues, but I am back up. Patching and fixing software issues up as we speak. I took a little extra time to fix up the wiring a little better than I normally do, and it looks good.

My foot is doing better these days, and I am walking around a bit more without the crutches (A few days earlier than I am supposed to). I am being careful as possible. I am noticing just how uncomfortable this boot is. Monday I am officially allowed to ditch the crutches! Yay!

242.2 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 57.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

...sometimes you just need to get drunk. and when it's not with and old friend, when then? :) at least you were watching on what kind of alcohol you were having. wish you a great BBQ tonight with all that turkey stuff...and enjoy!
