Thanks Mskestrela. I've crossed this border a few times, both ways, so while I am pleased at the progress I think I'll be more excited when I cross the 170 border. Patience and persistence required!

We'll take every ounce off we can. 170 will be there in no time. Just keep plugging away. I haven't seen a full pound loss in a very long time. Good job
