I barely did anything yesterday. My knees have between really bad. I reasoned late last night that our helped to pump my feet backward to stretch the front of my thighs. I will do more of that today and see if that helps. I need to pick up my Cardio but my knees are very painful. I slacked off on Mt record keeping yesterday.
194.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 54.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
