I just can't seem to break this nasty pattern, I got to 214.6 sunday , next day 216.. my eating has been really good, so I just don\t get it.
215.4 lb Lost so far: 85.6 lb.    Still to go: 40.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

Don't sweat it, stay the course. If you stay true, it will go off. Frustration is usually an indicator of two things, tossing in the towel, or doubling down on effort. Unfortunately the song often heard hear fits the former rather than the latter. Be honest, be tough, and carry on.

I strive everyday to eliminate any negative self talk, thoughts. I strive to eliminate "shoulds", "what if's" and "if only's". I remember to count my blessings, and When something I'm doing doesn't work, I try something completely different.

It's really not that much, could be water retention. I KNOW it's frustrating, I'm there myself. I would try to find some non-scale things to look at, like how do you feel? How do your clothes fit? How's your exercise coming along? Remember, everyone hits a plateau, it's actually normal & doesn't mean you're doing anything "wrong." If I figure out a way to bust through my own plateau, I'll be sure to pass it along.

I have the same problem. I feel like it's a waste of time. every one tells me I'm gaining muscle but I still look the same

Just keep on keeping on....and try not to sweat the minor flucuations too much...we are all in this for "the long haul.".... have a blessed week!!!!
