I finally broke 150!!!!!!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Calorie Count   losing 1.2 lb a week

That's great news for you - well done :D I bought jeans a size smaller than my usual today, so the holiday's not doing too much damage :D

And isn't that (the smaller size) just the best feeling? Right now I'm just excited not to have to tug and wriggle into my current size! High fives to us!
