Surprised at the loss as I was very restless yesterday and broke my rules about spacing meals. I snacked all afternoon, spreading my planned dinner over the time frame and adding to the overall calories with more low-carb foods. The total carbs were increasing rapidly! At last I settled down and stuck to my "no eating after 6" rule.
200.6 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 45.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
