I exercised really hard yesterday and am very sore today, woke up before 5:00a.m. with no alarm and no reason to get up that early. I have a busy week but have to get to the gym, it helps with my stress level. I can't believe how many calories a banana has in it. Now that I am looking up calories on here I am amazed at how many calories are in things and how small a portion is when you measure it. I always ate 4 to 5 portions of things not realizing what I was even doing. Mistake yesterday not packing my lunch and got hung up til almost 3:00p.m. before getting time to eat and had to resort to fast food at Wendy's and I was stressed, so had fries too. I know better than that. I should have took something with me and ate it in the car.
