1249 kcal Fat: 60.32g | Prot: 106.53g | Carb: 77.41g.   Breakfast: raw sugar, pauls trim milk, coffee brewed, Coles Creamed Cottage Cheese, Baby Spinach, Smoked Salmon, Poached Egg. Lunch: Asian Chicken Salad & sesame dressing. Dinner: Sanitarium Pumpkin Seeds Pepitas, Pumpkin, Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes, Mixed Salad Greens, Pasta with Pesto Sauce, Woolworths Premium Scotch Fillet. Snacks/Other: raw sugar, pauls trim milk, coffee brewed. more...
