Started walking twice a week while still keeping it at or below 1800 cal a day. My body hurts from the change, but in a good way. It reminds me of progress. It reminds me of strength.
228.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 98.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
