I know I shouldnt, but im feelong dispointed. I do feel a bit backed up and hopefully that is ghe extra weight. I can try and kick up the ardio today and make sure I get my apple to get things moving.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
