Yesterday was the first day of the rest of my life. I started dieting a while back and for a while did pretty good on my own. I lost 30lbs. Then I hit a plateau. I am stuck. So I called on my cousin who is a personal trainer and has always been in good shape. He has me on a diet created by him and a protein shake. I don't think it will be too hard to stick to a long term. I am at one shake a day but I am going to try to get to two. So hopefully I can reach my goal within 365. Wish me luck.
