New to Fat Secret. Husband & I exercise at gym Mon-Fri at 5:30a.m. Not eating late at night is a challenge for me. I tell myself all of the adverse consequences, but I do it anyway. Then I feel TERRIBLE!! I am hoping the idea of others facing the same battle will help me to make the right decisions.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
