I have been working out more and feel so much better. I was able to jog an entire mile today at 4 miles per hour. I was so proud. I almost did three whole miles this morning too. I did 2.95 then another 1.44 at work during lunch. Slowly but surely.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
