It wasn't easy and I wasn't perfect but I was better than I have been in 2006! Aim to start phase 2 on monday (which is probably what I have been doing anyway) and be at 200lbs or less by the end of january. Better to be realistic than setting too lofty goals.

Family has been great and have supported me at meal team when I eat different things.

Need to weigh in more often as this will keep me following the diet more closely.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
