Celebrity Fit Club 5
I saw a couple of people say it should be called "Has-Been Fit Club" a bit rough on them no?

The K-Lo addiction to pizza is something we can all relate to...she'll be a hottie if she can drop the weight!

Depression
I'm no psychologist and certainly not a psychiatrist lol but my view is that we are what we are and even if we were lighter we'd find something else to worry about, feel guility about etc. Not a great prognosis but it's difficult to change our genes.

The best thing we all can do is to remind ourselves we're ok people and try and not be too hard on ourselves as everyone is far from perfect. The only thing you can do is to and surround yourself with loving caring people who support you no matter what, hard to find but once you have them never let them go.

Phase one of Fat Smash ???
You certainly could do phase 1 for ever but you would have an enormously bland diet and I don't see how you could stick to it for life. It is the perfect detox when you have let yourself go for a while.

I have been bad but at least I am back and haven't given up, right? Aim to start back on phase 1 asap and this time work through the FS phases.
