TWO more pound OFF & i will weight LESS than TwoHundred&Fifty ~ haven't seen that # in a DECADE !!!

251.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb. Still to go: 101.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 3.5 lb a week
