My weight has gone up this week... although I know that I've been very very active. I've upped my water intake & have been good about food, no alcohol at all since last Saturday. My diet has bee pretty good. I'm thinking I will up the calories with fruits and vegies this weekend. "you prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil' my cup overflows."
158.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
