Wow! I am feeling inspired today. I did a much lower (but still healthy) calorie count and am down this morning. I think I am going to take the advice of some I have read on here, and weigh each day for a while until my good habits are established. I hope to be back out of the 170s this week - it will be a huge mental push for me to see that 7 go away.
