Back to goal after Thanksgiving. I'm not sure if I have ever returned so quickly and easily to an eating plan--in the past, it has been 'oh well, I blew it--I might as well keep eating. 135lb, 36.4% body fat, neg ketones, no exercise--plan to get back this weekend, I feel a little better this morning.

Lunch salad w chicken and Italian dressing, dinner ham, swiss cheese, sweet pickles. Traveling to and from Chicago today so dependent on airline and airport food. Reception this afternoon so planning on being on high alert.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
