Ups and Downs...
January has been a good month for me. Lost roughly 8 Lbs. Put on a good amount of muscle and am ready for the next month. I'm on track to be under 200 Lbs by my Birthday. Mostly happy to be making progress and the cloths are fitting well.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
