194.0 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1340 kcal Fat: 60.00g | Prot: 160.80g | Carb: 225.00g.   Breakfast: 1 cup cappitccino, no sugar added 60 cal, one granola bar. Lunch: 2 servings of broad bean stew, one medium orang. Dinner: grilled chicken, veg soup, baked potato. Snacks/Other: 1 cupp cappachino, 1 cupp cappachino, 250 ml of low fat chocolate milk shake with ovaltin and maltesers, 1 medium apple. more...

I am so happy with this rate of weight loss. I still can't exercise properly due to back problems. Hopefullu by beginning of Feb i will join water sports program.
