Hi,

I am 42 and professional; a mother of two daughters 15, 12. I am expatriate for the last 14 yrs between UAE and KSA. Now in Riyadh/KSa.
I suffered from being overweight/obese since childhood but recently gained a lot, lots of yo-yo dieting. I am emotional eater, food is my friend and comfort. Being expat naturally I am under too much stress. My job is very demanding but I luv it and I want to excel in it, still studying for higher degrees and just can't get enough. I want to be perfect in all roles, motherhood, career, wife, friend......etc. This time I am serious in taking care of my self. It is mty first time to seek group support to reach my gaols and here in fatsecret I find a lot of people like me and I believe we can do it together.

When I joined fatsecret I was 90 kg,now 87 my gaol weight is 66 kg but after I see the results I may need to go down to 60 kg to be in a safe zone.
Previously in 2005 I lost 18 kg but regained all plus 14 kg. This time I mean to loose this excess fat forever to be healthy and look good. Looking forward to your support. No more yo-yo dieting!
