Olivia70's Journal, 22 January 2012

Yippee! I did not expect to see the scale that low today. Struggling with the veggies, but am getting better. I have decided to start making side dishes with some.of.the higher net carbs. Thinking of a dish with.okra and tomatoes and maybe green peppers. Surely one serving of that would get my minimum in or close to it. Also sliced tomatoes with a little salt and pepper or a Greek salad.

Awesome drop!! Lol the veggies. Have you tried Martha Stewart's side dishes like her green beans or roasted zucchini? The tomatoes and Greek salad sound yummy. Enjoy!! Thanks for your support on my journal today. May have saved my bacon. ;-)

Thanks, Mike. Made anything new with that coconut oil lately? hehe I was reading more of the Atkins book last night, kind of reading as I get to the new phases. I have decided to stay on Phase I for at least a week longer. They reference that Taubes dude's book in there. Didn't know if you knew that or not.
