Maintenance Phase. 135.8, 35.6% body fat, neg ketones, no exercise. Going to ENT doc today to see if I can get over whatever this is.

Lunch salad w chicken and blue cheese dressing, diet Pepsi, dinner ham, swiss cheese, sweet pickles, diet coke, choc covered vanilla low carb ice cream bar.

Feeling good about my ability to return to program after a 'holiday'. One difficult day that required willpower but now I'm back in the routine. I miss exercising and feeling well but at least I have control over what goes into my mouth.
135.8 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 5.6 lb a week

Control is something I only have easily when I stick to Atkins. When I slip it takes some willpower to stick to it until I stop craving. I hope you get your health figured out. Take care.
